PLASTIC AGITATING TANK MIXING EDUCTOR NOZZLES
The eductor nozzle operates based on the Bernoulli jet principle and is designed with carefully calculated geometric surface parameters. A high-speed liquid jet is emitted from a cone-shaped nozzle, creating a low-pressure zone around the front opening. The high-speed flow and liquid spray are mixed in a 1:4 ratio in the diffuser. Eductor nozzles have the potential to enhance the quality of surface processing for workpieces. The M model mixing nozzle is constructed from high-performance materials such as carbon fiber polypropylene die-casting and stainless steel, offering excellent chemical resistance and a maximum operating temperature of 120℃.
