CC-H HIGH PRESSURE FLAT FAN NOZZLES
The flat fan pattern operates similarly to a line of spray, delivering a stronger impact than full or hollow cone patterns, but not as intense as a solid stream nozzle. Droplets produced by this type of nozzle are larger compared to cone nozzles, although specific air atomizing flat fan nozzles can generate very fine droplets. To cover an area, a flat fan nozzle needs some kind of movement, often accomplished by a conveyor transporting products under a series of flat fan sprays. Alternatively, the nozzle can be in motion itself to ensure full coverage.
